This afternoon I went to see my favourite child health nurse, and as I was waiting to see her I could hear all of the new first-time mums share their worries with her... And the most powerful thing the nurse did was she just kept telling them how amazing they were. What a great job they were doing. That their instincts were right. And you could just see how much the new Mamas needed to hear that. Finding someone who supports you, backs your decisions, and holds your hand on this journey is so important. I am so very grateful I have that. And I hope you all do too. X
