This afternoon Metro Cab accepted an offer and signed a contract with one of our youth Max Chongo to supply 10 more taxis. Max will be expected to deliver the 10 vehicles by the 30th of September this year, by which time my gratuity is expected to have been paid. I strongly believe in youth empowerment be it one youth at a time. Our approach however remains not to give fish, but to give fishing rods. Today it was Max; tomorrow it may be you, directly or indirectly. MS 07.08.14
