This afternoon i went through a very traumatic experience, and like Batman, or Superman, i had to bravely face the enemy, and go straight into attack format, without thinking of any danger to myself, even though i was terrified i went and faced this evil being. I had a plumber in my house doing some small repairs, i showed him what i wanted doing, and returned to my computer. Suddenly from behind me i heard a screaming voice , it was the plumber screaming, Mr, Mr, snack, snack, it was the plumber in a state of shock, i followed him out side to the side of the house, and there is was, a serpent, black in colour, and a one bite killer, 4 or 5 ft in length, i approached this killer, while the plumber was screaming and shouting in Thai from 15 ft away, it stared at me with a steely murderous glint in its eyes. Without a thought for myself, i managed to arm myself with Gigs best mop, and proceeded to attack this beast, within minutes i had him pinned to the ground, and while he was squiming about and viciously attacking the mop head, i shouted at the plumber to find a weapon, but he is Thai and did not understand, so i had to touch my head, and make a banging motion with my one free hand, then he understood what i meant, he went away and arrived back with a stool, once again i gave him the head and the hand signal, and he bashed its head to pulp, i picked it up by the tail and threw it over the fence. the plumber was so tramatised that he could not finish the job, he is coming back tomorrow, so i will now have to pay him for two days, 700 baht, (14 quid), the scheming bastard, i am sure he brought the snake with him to rip me of for 7 quid. I am very sorry i had to kill the snake, but please, all you nature lovers, it really was him or me.
