This announcement is very concerning. I do not understand this “fresh face” stuff? I also do not understand the statement, “people from all over the region have expressed an interest for a change in conservative leadership? People “all over the region” think Mae Beavers is the absolute most conservative senator we have and love her! Do you realize “she is the conservative movement” in Tennessee! Furthermore, how could “you” possibly be more conservative than Mae Beavers? She has overwhelming approval rating within all conservative networks throughout the state for her work to defend the 10th amendment and has been recognized by the 10th amendment caucus as the true conservative leader in the senate. Are you aware that she alone is responsible for starting the annexation reform movement that released our citizens from 100 years of bondage and servitude by an unfair, unconstitutional law that had stripped the citizens of this state of their right to vote on the confiscation of their land and their homes by municipalities and gave them back the right to vote? Mr. Boyd: Some one had given you the wrong impression about Mae Beavers and the wrong advice. You should be supporting her not running against her if you indeed to want true conservative leadership in the Tennessee State Senate. Walk a mile in her shoes like I did for the past 3 years down there and see what she goes through defending our rights and our freedoms! Then see if you really can replace her leadership! We don’t need a leadership change in the senate. We need more like her!
