This article pissed me off, because my cancer was at Stage 3C when diagnosed. If I hadnt been screened, it could have spread to lethal 4. My mammogram didnt actually detect it (in fact it missed it 2 years ago), but that test did lead to another test (biopsy) which did detect it. So I agree with the author, that stats around mammograms efficiency may be skewed, but that doesnt mean we shouldnt get them! Ideally, wed focus more on prevention, but we dont (yet) so go get your boobs squished, its a walk in the park compared to chemo
