This article, while beautifully written and altruistic, should be read with a grain of salt. I appreciate that someone else has put into text something I have been preaching for a long time. Money is fake, created by humans, and no longer helpful but instead limiting, and if we as society could get over individualism and instead value the overall health of community, then yes, overpopulation could very well be the lesser of concerns. However, I dont think this is likely to happen on the scale and within the time frame needed, and I dont think certain facets such as Natalism should go unchecked. We still face the problem of feeding all these people in an age where petroleum based products and fuel, topsoil, safe water, and biological diversity are likely to become rare, and temperatures and weather patterns are likely to be less predictable and helpful than before.
