This ascension path is about the unfoldment of your true self energetically, where one enters the Heavenly Realms in the physical body. There are still souls that hold onto the idea that you must experience the physical death process to ascend, when in truth your death in this dimension only leads to more cycles of Duality on other planets of the same frequency. Neither is this elevation in frequency about Astral travel, in seeing that this experience is only temporary, where ascension is a permanent shift of all aspects of your being to include the physical.
