This basic design of THE GRIM REAPER has been around for ages now although this one is a newer model and as it is a fairly new design many improvements have been made for treating and curing child murderers and other evil bastards therefore so far its been 100% effective at that and thus it is now being rolled out and installed in states right across the USA in order to help prevent the cock ups that have been occurring in several of the states prisons death rows in America.
