This blasted hot/cold weather has caused many of us to get colds and I am retreating the puppies for kennel cough. 1 in each litter has a little coughing going on. Nothing that inhibits their lives or playing, eating, etc but I am over cautious when it comes to these sweet things. Just wanted you to know. Make sure you have your vet appointments lined up after they get to your home. The stress of leaving and entering a new home can weaken their tiny immune systems and it is hard to completely remove worms if there are some until they are isolated from their litter mates, with whom they kiss on all the time. Please do not be alarmed, I am taking precautions to prevent the spreading but just wanted you to be aware. This will all be documented in the folder you get at pick up and there will be a copy for you and your veterinarian. Only a few more days until pick up time. Yeah :)
