This boy has been in the pound for three weeks. His owner lives in Springfield. He came to Seneca 3 weeks ago, attempted suicide at a local convenience store and was hospitalized. His dog ended up in the Seneca pound. Owner cannot care for a pet and his family has refused to help. Dog is getting depressed at the pound and I need rescue, foster and/or adopter. He is way past his hold time but the animal control office does not want to have to euthanize him. He is a very sweet boy, a talker and obviously misses his owner.
