This boy was slowly dying from a tight plastic cord around his neck. He was slowly choking at least over few months. His face became badly swollen, and he started to have difficulty in swallowing. He is currently at temporary foster home. He thinks suffering has ended. He thinks he finally found a nice home and family. I do not know how we are going to tell him he may need to go back to a city shelter if we do not find a long term foster or forever home soon. He is only 3-4 years old. Gentle and quiet.
