This brings into question. If it is suggested to be harassment to record government officials then shouldnt it be harassment for government to record citizens? Arlington uses portable recording devices to record its citizens specifically political groups. Arlington uses red light cameras. Arlington can easily stop it by enforcing the Constitution and remove all read light cameras, Remove all spy cameras, and enforce privacy rights under the constitution.
