This came from the Clark County Sheriffs Department too late to make this weeks edition, but we wanted to make the public aware. Two Rural Spencer Women Arrested for Conspiracy to Commit Murder On Monday November 3, 2014, at about 9:30 PM Clark County deputies arrested Shari A. Klimmer, 46 yrs. old, and Porscha A. Rizzi ,21 yrs. old, without incident for trying to hire someone to kill two people. Porscha and her mother, Shari, attempted to hire someone to kill two of Porscha’s ex-lovers. The two men are each a father of one of her children. Once authorities were notified of what they were planning the fathers/potential victims were notified. One of the women supplied photos, addresses and vehicle descriptions of the two men and said they wanted it done soon. They also said that one of the fathers wants to change custody arrangements and were going to be moving out of state. They are both currently sitting in the Clark County Jail awaiting a bail hearing that will probably take place, Wednesday, November 5, 2014.
