This can be lots of fun letting the little ones join in! Great for school parties, bake sales, etc... Reindeer Cupcakes Ingredients needed: Chocolate cake mix Chocolate Icing Pretzels for antlers Maraschino cherries for nose (you can also use mms) Miniature Marshmallows for eyes Vanilla Wafers for face Raisins or icing for eyeballs Instructions: Make your cupcakes as directed on box. After they have cooled you can start the fun stuff. For the antlers (pretzels) you can either put them flat on top or poke them down in the cake and make them stick up. I did both. Cut the mini marshmallows in half for the eyes and press down on cupcake. For the eyeballs - Cut the raisins in 1/3 pieces and roll into a little ball then put a dot of icing on it to make it stick to the marshmallow eye. I did use icing for one of them. Take a paper towel and dry the cherry off so that it can stick to the vanilla wafer better. You will need to use a dot of icing on it too. Then press the wafer onto the cupcake for the face and nose.
