This car was tagged, insured, licensed & obviously able to be driven by simply re-filling a slow leak in one tire. We even had another police officer Jeremy Barada tell us to fill the tire & move it a space or two & everything would be fine. Then Brislin showed up yesterday & was going to tow it. We explained we have an air compressor & we dont drive it except for ERs and when we need 2 cars because it takes more gas. He said it didnt matter. If not out of the area by today it would be towed. So we filled the tire, jump started another car & drove off as you can clearly see in this video. My nephew had to stop working on another car to move this one. Admittedly it doesnt look great but Ive seen much worse in better neighborhoods that never get threatened. I thought their job was to protect & serve. Not harass & threaten.
