This cartoon is very misleading. These guys are NOT fools and idiots who accidentally screwed things up. These guys are VERY, VERY, VERY, SMART PROFESSIONAL CRIMINALS who have been intentionally looting the country using the force of government. Both the Democrats and Republicans do it. And for all practical purposes both parties are the same. They are nothing more then a bunch of very smart criminals who correctly figured out that if you want to make big bucks as a professional criminal, government is the only place you can get away with it.
