This chardonnay epitomizes the reasons I have taken this quarter century journey to be a wine professional. Not Burgundy, but I would happily put this in a line up of the great whites of the region. Beautiful balance, brilliant nose of white flowers, nuts, caramel tints and butter. The palate is wonderful, deeply textured, flows across your tongue in waves of flavor. A symphony of fruits and textures, flavors and sensations, with almost a 30 second finish. Bravo.
