This charming young man is called Martín Larraín. He is the son of a wealthy (very wealthy) Chilean senator called Carlos Larraín who has an uncanny likeness in body and mind to senator Palpatine. Martín Larraín in the early hours of 19th of September 2013 killed a pedestrian on a rural road. He ran from the place, leaving his (drunk) friends to deal with the dying man. He only reappeared so long after that an alcotest was impossible. Once interviewed by the police he declared in his first reports that he had had several drinks before the accident, and (and this is perhaps more shocking) several after. His friends lied to the police blaming another vehicle for the accident. A (provenly) false autopsy report, false testimonies by his friends, money paid by his father to the widow of the dead man to withdraw charges and a lot of strange voodoo later, it turns out this young man is as innocent as a newborn lamb. He will now be sent abroad to avoid the evident disgust of a society accustomed to but increasingly tired of the impunity of the bourgoisie. In all likelyhood he will be sent off to an anglosaxon country. If you feel that getting away with a hit and run is not cool you can share this and at least ensure that he doesnt get to walk away so easily. When there is no justice only shaming is left.
