This city is shyt! We as parents are left to choose between earning a living and protecting/raising our kids! If you opt to stay home youre ridiculed as being lazy, system reliant, and a statistic! Yet if you go to work youre stuck with the uncertainty of your childs well being because of the lack of recreation and creative outlets, so our children fall victim to crime... be it the suspect or the victim. Meanwhile, we press on and place all of this hope and unrealstic trust in these local politicians whose debates have manifested something more personal than moral!!! Theyre not debating our kids futures, theyre not debating your financial stability, and theyre damn sure not debating or addressing my safety! You can argue all you want in defense of your friend... the Great Black Hope for Newark, but once that blind folds lifted... youll still be surrounded by the same tragedies, poverty, and disgrace! IM OUTTA HERE! Love my city, but I love my child MORE!
