This coleslaw is a favourite of mine - chopped it up while packing away the veggie shop. It can be eaten raw as is, stir fried in a little sesame oil or lightly microwaved with a sprinkle of stock powder. Chuck in a handful of 5 bean mix or kidney beans if you like. 250 gr has under 100 cals and full of micronutrients. Just add your protein and Omega 3 source and off you go. My next 2 days of work meals all set !!
