Thank you councillor John Sprovieri - your efforts are greatly appreciated - if other councillors did their due diligence the way you do, we would not be in this mess. The lawyer did his job - he laid out the details for council. The outcome: Council takes a summer recess (lol) and their lawyers are supposed to assess the info and report back on Sept. 11 (supposedly the lawyers have not had enough time yet to review the info, although they have been informed of these issues repeatedly over recent months). John Sprovieris motion for a working group has been deferred until that time. 18 in favour of this deferral. Sprovieri and Sanderson were against it, in favour of establishing a working group. (Many, perhaps all, of those in attendance just want this madness to end, we dont need a working group.) Basically, Peel Council voted to continue poisoning over a million people despite their complete awareness that there is no proof of safety for water fluoridation, that fluoride has no systemic benefit, and that they are violating basic human rights by medicating us without informed consent. They know that many children already have been overexposed to fluoride. And that they are breaking the law. Shame, shame, shame. But at least they can no longer claim that they are not keenly aware of the legal issues. And the wonderful independent media recorded the meeting and are helping to get the word out.
