This coming August 5th. Will be the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Partial Nuclear Test Ban Treaty, 1963. Did you know that there are about 31 countries that have deposited the treaty. But, have not yet signed it. Here are some of them. Armenia, Bangladesh, Cape Verde, Fiji, The Gambia, Kenya, Malta and South Africa. There are 10 countries that have signed the treaty. But, have not ratified it yet. Here some of them. Algeria, Ethiopia and Portugal. There are about 58 countries that have not signed the treaty at all. Here are some of them.
