This company will use you to make their money and when you settle (after 5 years) they will make nearly as much as you and it will take 3 months to receive some of the settlement and then they will hang onto a few thousand dollars hoping that you will eventually get the shits with all their lies and you will give up trying to get the rest of your settlement. It is now over six months since I settled with the insurance company and all I am told when I ring PK Simpson (they dont bother contacting you) is that they have requested a breakdown from the insurance companys solicitors. Not good enough ! I would never use or recommend this company to anyone ever ! My next step will be an email to A Current Affair so that they can warn many more people than I can on here.
