This cop is awesome he knows how to deal with the situation! Thats defusing a situation while doing your job, being a mediator of safety and law for all people. He explained why he was there and what the issue was. Not acting like explaining the situation is out of protocol on minor offenses. (As in most other attempted brutality videos) We as a nation need a communication revolution with a message of unity.
