This could actually be an amazing resource of finding new books to read. For someone to name a book one of their 10 most influential books -- there has to be SOMETHING of value in it. I havent done my list yet because it intimidates me to choose. I would also probably include The World According to Garp. It surprises me that so many have one of his novels on their lists. I didnt realize he was so influential.
