This could happen in our kids lifetime! Now THATS the kind of legacy Im talkin about. If these were used between Ephraim and Mt. Pleasant for Hwy. 89, for example, no more dead deer and elk, no more wrecked cars and lives and families; lower insurance rates, no more black ice to scare us, no more snow to plow on the highway; enough power generated to supplement the electric systems in every town or farm or business along the way...its endless...positive...and very heartening.
