What are you doing to let your state rep, your senator or our shitbag governor know, that our state is not prepared for this tar oil traffic; that 92% of the rail lines in our state do meet meet inspection standards for this weight of rail car, that our state has gutted the funding response to such a spill, that the rail carriers are still using antiquated cars for hauling this stuff that no longer meet the industry standards; and most of, that rail carriers and big oil have paid for and received variances and exclusions and special allowances from our state government to make it legal to avoid all of the above.
