This country is not fair , a cabinet minister earns more than 10 millions a month, when he /she falls sick its the government that meets the medical bill . If the sickness cant be treated in Uganda the minister will be flown abroad and again its the government that will pay for all the expenses using the tax payers money . Its the same government that gives more than Ugs 20million to an MP every month and has of recent bought IPODS for more than 370 members of parliament and if I can remember , its the same government that gives every MP 100millions to buy a vehicle . A few days ago a Ugandan mother gave birth to a son with more than two legs , the childs situation requires UG SHS 60millions to be taken to India or South Africa . As youre reading this the mother and her husband are on the streets begging for money from fellow villagers who are responding positively by giving them coins to care for the child and save some towards the 60millions for the operation of their son . If this government can meet the medical bills for cabinet ministers who are already stinking rich but cannot raise money to come to the rescue of such poor lady , should we go by Prof . Bukenyas words that in Uganda there are children and bastards ? ( Ebyana nebyana ? )
