This creative idea comes to us from Sarah Toppins of the Washington DC area.... Ive sorted my sphere of influence in alphabetical order and schedule one letter of the alphabet (there are 26 letters) for every two weeks (there are 52 weeks). Then I send the local folks that own homes an updated market analysis for their neighborhood with a handwritten note. I send handwritten notes to those who dont own a home yet or have moved out of the area. Its a system and it seems to work for me.
