This day 13 years ago I was nervously awaiting a hospital appointment for blood test results which if they had come back positive would have changed my life forever. I was so relieved to find I did not have thrombosis and as soon as I got home I rang my dad to tell him I was clear... I will never forget his words that day around 2pm when he said Jo has your mum got tv on.... switch it on a planes gone into the world trade centre.....as we were sat there watching aghast the second plane slammed live into the second tower...I remember vividly saying OMG did that just happen OMG this is not real it cant be!! The sheer horror that followed that day should never ever fade from our memories ..................RIP to all the 9/11 victims and all their families xxxxx
