This day 3 years ago, we were nervous and scared of the unknown.... Why did my baby go from a normal, healthy, six year old to not being able to walk??? We had an appt. with Dr.Rahman that would tell us something I never even thought could ever happen. Our little Faith had a cancerous tumor on her spine. :( she would need emergency surgery to remove the tumor the following day.. (Christmas Eve) We were devastated beyond belief! Simply heartbroken! Its a feeling I would go on to feel once more this year in February when she was diagnosed with AML. I sit here today and reflect on all this little princess has been through. All she has overcome. And I am so proud to be her Mommy. I am so proud of the girl she is! I am so thankful to the young man who saved her life and let us continue to enjoy her. Thank you, whoever you are! We cannot wait to hopefully one day meet you!! This year we are thankful for life, and that our girl is CANCER FREE!!!! thank you Lord for guiding Faith and keeping her safe! Thank you all for bringing us into your homes and loving us and praying for us the way that you do! I hope that this Christmas you have as much to be thankful for as we do!!!! Love to all! Always Keeping the Faith!!!!!!!
