This day in 1992, I completed the Texas bar exam. That day also happened to be the 20th anniversary of my dads death. After leaving the exam site, I drove straight to Grove Hill Cemetery and visited his gravesite. Fast-forward 22 years, and as I type this, Im looking out my window at the Texas Supreme Court, staring at the majestic Texas Capitol. Today is a reminder that life is short, and also filled with extravagant blessings.
