This day’s reading John 3:16-17 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. Devotional O COME ALL YE FAITHFUL Jesus came for every single one of us. “O Come All Ye Faithful” is a song that calls out to every heart to come and adore Jesus; to come and worship Him; to give our lives to Him. It doesn’t matter what circumstances you may find yourself in right now, God sees you right where you are. He is a loving Father who isn’t afraid to meet us even in the mess of our lives. There is nothing too great or too hard for him and there is nothing that can separate us from His love. Jesus came into this world, laying down his life, so that we would be reconciled to the Father. God gave everything just so that we could walk in deep intimacy and relationship with Him. He sees your heart - the good and the bad, and He loves you! Don’t let fear or shame stop you from giving Him all of yourself. You will never be disappointed in surrendering to Jesus. Me: Todays verses are more than appropriate for today, the day chosen to celebrate the birth of Christ. Because of Him we have a way to God.
