This depressed phase has gotten pretty bad. Im struggling to even eat right now. Gonna step off of social media, TV, the internet and away from work over the weekend and hopefully the new medication cycle will have kicked in. Will update with studies and hopefully IP stuff when I get back. Aaand respond to all of the birthday wishes. (Thanks again.) Im super okay emotionally. In fact, Im really happy. :) My body is just ill.
