This beautiful baby boy, just a few days shy of his 1st birthday died in a car accident due to his fathers the lack of knowledge and importance of car seat safety. He was improperly buckled and forward facing. Please to all the mamas out there, do your research when it comes to the safety of your child in a car! Car accidents are the number 1 cause of death in children under age 12. My heart goes out to this family :( No, it doesnt mean it will happen to you just because your child is FF. No, it doesnt mean youre a bad mother. No, it doesnt mean anyone will think any less of you. I truly dont want this to happen to anybody, so research and practice proper car seat safety.
