This didnt need to be a funded STUDY as the results are as common sense as you can get. I have always put DIET at the top of the list and the fact is, MOST people gently, quietly, eat more calories to compensate for what they lose during exercise. They often do it unknowingly, but they still do it. They start a workout program, then eat more because they feel they EARNED it, or the calories burned will make up for it, they gain weight, and they ABSOLUTELY blame the trainers and/or the fitness program. In addition, if you only go to bootcamp 3 times per week, and never PROGRESS (ie increasing intensity, challenging your strength levels, increasing reps for certain exercises) then you are running in place...just saying. https://yahoo/health/exercising-and-gaining-weight-heres-what-to-do-about-102553555662.html
