This dish I did today and decided to share the recipe. He is very helpful, because it contains no fat ingredients. Ingredients: chicken - 3 pcs., Lettuce - 10 g, pepper - 1 pc., Orange - 3 pcs., Almond flakes - 50 g, garlic - 2 cloves, liquid honey - 2 Tbsp, dried thyme - 1/2 teaspoon olive oil - 2 Tbsp soy sauce - 2 Tbsp red onion - 1/2 pcs., salt and pepper. Method of preparation: 1. Chicken wash thoroughly under water and dry it by kitchen towels. 2. Remove zest of one orange and squeeze the juice. 3. Garlic free from the husk and grind. Mix marinade of orange juice, garlic, honey and thyme. When you finished marinate the meat then move in the refrigerator an a hour. 4. Then heat the frying pan and fry the chicken until golden brown. 5. Peppers remove seeds and cut into cubes. 5. Remove the remaining orange peel and cut into segments. 6. The finished slightly chilled chicken cut into small pieces. 7. Lettuce leaves rinse and pat dry with kitchen paper towels. 8.
