This documentary follows the journey of young american man who was lacking direction at 22. After complaining to his mother the same things he always complained about, she suggested to give it all back to spirit. So, without belief, inspired, he, and was guided to make way down to south america, where he went on, through some trials, to be taken as an apprentice to an ayahuascero medicine shaman for life, until death. He speaks about the great potential of this deep spiritual medicine, and the reality of it. It then follows into the process and procedure in the creation and sustaining of the ceremony, wherein, the people going through the ceremony are interviewed throughout their process over a period of time covering the 5 ceremonies. Very intense. Very transformational. Very healing. As dark as it was light. Love. Im planning on embark on this medicine journey sometime in the coming years.
