This does not seem staged. The story is that this black guy was walking with his hands in his pockets so someone called in the police on him. Now he shows a bit of an an attitude about it but thats not illegal. If a citizen calls in a complaint about someone walking with his hands in his pockets and making them feel uncomfortable I think the police shouldnt even respond, if that is the entire complaint. It must be exhausting to be black. Im scared of cops and Im white, imagine how much worse to be constantly targeted. I think America should come down very hard on anyone unambiguously caught being criminally violent but respect everyones Constitutional rights (as well as just generally respecting people) otherwise. There are enough proven thugs out there, concentrate on them. Its crazy that the proven recidivist violent criminals keep getting back out on the streets while meanwhile at least some innocent people are harassed.
