This dog is LITERALLY starving to death and will be put to sleep tomorrow. This is her medical. I do have a foster in place, but I need to raise funding in order to help! She will need blood work, qt boarding, iv fluids, spay, etc. Please pledge if you can help me give her a shot! Dog is here for general check up , emaciated. On presentation dog is BAR, heart/Lungs: wnl, abd: soft on palpation , non abnormalities palpated. MM: pink tacky. CRT 2 seconds. Dental disease grade 2/4. Mammary gland distended . Emaciated Ribs and other bony protuberances are visible. Poor generalized muscle mass / muscle wasting noted. Recommend to feed several times daily small amount of food to avoid re-feeding syndrome and severe electrolyte imbalances. Recommend complete bloodwork to assess internal organ function. Recommend humane euthanasia if the pets condition worsens. Fluids 100 SQ + vit B complex 0.25.
