This dog needs a home and FYI - before you call and complain about your neighbors dogs barking...Note dogs are usually barking for a reason, like this dog below - barked for 30 hours! remember Nicole brown Simpson (OJ)? their dog barked the whole night and no one went to see what was wrong they just called and made complaints to the police. If just one person would have checked in....they could have seen what was wrong and called the police hours before...think about it.
