This dog was not injured in the photo shown, but this is not acceptable behavior. The business is Olgas Dog Spa in Wilmington, NC. Unfortunately, the screwed up animal treatment laws in NC are so bad, the legal system can do nothing. But since this is a BUSINESS, something can be done outside the legal system. Simply, do not use this place for ANY grooming needs and they will go away and indirectly the employees will be terminated for their action.
