Details as I recall them: Lot reservations are $5K and down payments are 5% with interest rates locked in for 270 days at 4.18%. 1770 square feet, 2 bd/2.5 ba, 2 car garage, 3 stories, office on first floor.... priced around $200/sqft, which is something that is really rare for new construction, especially downtown!
