This empowered me..... and it made me cry. I was always swimming with my kids when they were younger so I didnt miss out on that THANK GOD ... but now that I am so out of shape and flabby and carry a lot more weight than I want, it got me to thinking. I was told the other night ( by my husband/ex) when I was crying about my weight gain, that he had always loved my body and that the only turn off was my being insecure about the changes in my body now that Ive gotten a lot more sick and the tone is gone. And before anyone asks, no we are not talking like THAT , he is happily with someone else, it was just a conversation we were having because I was depressed about my weight gain. Screw this....... Im going to go swimming and lay out and all that jazz. Not looking for a man and dont really care what anyone thinks !!!!!! Theres gonna come a time I cant do this anymore and by God Im going to do it will I can !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
