This entire ObamaCare disaster is a great illustration of how government regulation in the economy limits choice and leads to higher prices for consumers. For the party of the consumer - the Democrats - to think its a good idea to jack up peoples insurance premiums by hundreds of dollars proves they are either ignorant of fundamental economics or that theyre intentionally trying to wreck the insurance market to establish a single-payer system.
