This episode is mis-titled, at least in my opinion. While it does cover the beginnings of the Log Cabin Republicans (and Bob Doles abject cowardice during his presidential run when it was uncovered that he took money from them,) Rich Tafel has some very interesting things to say about the state of both parties and how, to paraphrase him, the modern Republican party is bankrupt and the Democratic party is successful only because they are the alternative. Tafel also mentions why the environmental movement will fail and why. Worth 18 minutes of your time.
