This evening, I need to reach out to all of our family and friends for a special favor. Keith needs some serious prayer support. For the past year he has been grounded at home due to complications with his right foot. The entire process has been one step forward and two BIG steps back. Several weeks ago , he had a surgical procedure done to reduce the bone and suture the wound closed. It was a total failure, and now the wound is much larger and worse. He is trying to keep from being discouraged, but now he is facing another surgery. The morning after Thanksgiving, the surgeon wants to cut the tendons in Keiths right foot and heel (to straighten out the foot. The goal is to allow him to place his foot flat on the ground, instead of walking on the outside edge of the foot. Needless to say, the pain will be intense, and he will be off of his feet through February. He will continue to work from home, and he is very grateful to be able to do that. Keith needs prayer support to be healed in body and spirit. Whatever you can do to life him up when you pray is greatly appreciated. The surgery will be at 10:30 am on November 27th. Much love and hugs sent out to all of you. Hopefully, someday by next spring, we can return to normal and begin to get outdoors again to visit with you, and get Keith back to the office. He is eager to see his new office on the first floor (and see all of his coworkers.)
