This evening, a dear friend of mine shared with me this very powerful, inspiring and compelling 3-minute video link that resonates so beautifully and powerfully to mothers (specifically) the importance of self-love, self-care and self-importance and ultimate reminds us to Be You Bravely. That even though God has bestowed upon us the most important gift of raising a child ... we must still continue to fulfill our own dreams for this precious life He gave to us. Dads, although this video focuses on moms - I believe that as many fathers are primary care-takers of their children - you too will find some great meaning in this videos poetic message. Furthermore, it illustrates a great visual of how many mothers feel and how our partnerships and support with and from our significant others mean that much more on this ever-evolving conscious parenting journey. May we (mothers, fathers, care-takers, grandparents, educators) ALL take away just one gem thing from this video and together we will be changing the energy, environment and essence for our children in return.
