This evening, by special request, well be demystifying arm balances and working towards Vasisthasana, Bakasana and Parvritta Bakasana. Arm balances often trigger a deep sense of fear within us, and sometimes we get wrapped up in a story where we cant do it. These are some of my tips for arm balances: Learn the anatomy Be prepared to fall...and laugh! Think positively Be dedicated in your practice Practice regularly And choose LOVE over FEAR!
