An interactive ‘meet the brewer’ event, with Temple Brewing Company brewmaster Glenn Harrison joining in, the adventure starts from the moment you buy a ticket, a decision you must make will determine the starting point for your journey through 5 potential beer matches that weave through a storyline penned by the mad minds of The Scratch. With book in hand, YOU choose from a myriad of scenarios, which influence your next food and beer pairing, with 5 mystery options covering a wide flavor spectrum and no guarantee of whether the pairing will work, there are sure to be some bizarre outcomes and more than a few raised eyebrows. It’s how we like to do things at The Scratch – not always quite right, maybe a little bit silly, but always plenty fun, and with a beer in hand. This is the first in what will be an ongoing series of Choose Your Own Brewventure’s at The Scratch, which will showcase a new brewer each time, and feature guest local food wizards on occasion.
